  • Luxe Viatorem LLC exclusively collects payment for our travel planning services. All professional service fees are non-refundable. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

    Accommodation Payments
    Payments for accommodations are made directly through our travel partner’s booking platforms. Luxe Viatorem LLC does not collect or process these payments. Payment policies vary by partner and may include:

    • Non-Refundable Rates: Full payment may be required upfront, or a minimum deposit may be necessary.

    • Pay-on-Arrival Options: Some hotels offer payment upon check-in. In such cases, Luxe Viatorem LLC will securely enter your payment details and ensure full transparency on how the transaction will be processed.

    Refunds & Cancellations
    Luxe Viatorem LLC does not issue refunds for professional service fees. Any refunds related to accommodations or other travel services are subject to the cancellation policies of our travel partners. Luxe Viatorem LLC is not responsible for refunds or disputes related to third-party bookings.

    • Luxe Viatorem LLC will assist with changes or cancellations as per supplier policies.

    • Any fees incurred due to changes or cancellations are the client's responsibility.

Client Responsibilities

    • Provide accurate personal and travel information.

    • Obtain necessary travel documents, including passports and visas.

    • Adhere to supplier terms and conditions for all bookings.

    Liability

    • Luxe Viatorem LLC acts as an agent and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

    • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions beyond our control.

    • Clients are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.

    Intellectual Property

    All website content and marketing materials are the intellectual property of Luxe Viatorem LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited without prior written consent, with the exception of licensed stock images obtained through Squarespace or Canva.
