Once submitted, a Luxe Viatorem advisor will connect with you to schedule a personalized consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals, expectations, and vision in detail.

After your consultation, clients who choose to move forward are required to submit a one-time, non-refundable $20 “Plan to Go” fee. A Square invoice will be sent via text or email. This fee supports comprehensive research, strategic planning, and access to our trusted global travel partners.

We then create a custom travel proposal featuring thoughtfully selected options for:

• Flight

• Hotel/Villa

• Excursion (if requested)

The travel proposal will be emailed to you once we have received the invoice payment.

When you’re ready to finalize your plans, we’ll provide a secure payment authorization form along with a detailed invoice outlining your trip costs.

Upon receipt, our team will proceed with booking your reservations and managing all confirmations on your behalf.

Please note: Cancellation and change policies vary by travel supplier. Luxe Viatorem is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties.

Once your preferred accommodations are confirmed, you may further elevate your journey by selecting from our Luxe Viatorem Signature Service Offerings.
